At ALTAGAMMA, we understand that receiving your purchase in a timely and safe manner is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we offer a reliable and convenient shipping policy to ensure that our customers can shop safely and with peace of mind.

All shipments are made through reliable and recognized courier services, which guarantee the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. Additionally, to ensure the protection of your purchase, all shipments are insured for the full value of your purchase.

Starting with a minimum subscription of 3 months, we offer free shipping for all purchases within the national territory. This benefit will automatically be applied to your purchase and will be reflected in your purchase summary. For international purchases, we offer competitive shipping rates that are calculated based on destination and package size.

Please note that due to the nature of our luxury products, some shipments may require a delivery signature to ensure the authenticity and security of your purchase. Additional time may also be required to process and ship personalized or custom-made items.

Delivery and return policy 🔁

At ALTAGAMMA, our priority is customer satisfaction. We offer an exchange policy that guarantees the confidence and security of our customers in each purchase. 

 

We want to inform you that we accept returns within the first 30 days after your purchase. No returns will be received outside the indicated period. However, it is important to note that we only accept returns if the product has arrived in poor condition, broken or damaged. In this case, we ask that you provide us with photographic evidence to customer service clientes.altagamma@gmail.com to process your replacement request.

Once your request has been analyzed by our team, you will receive an email with the conclusion of your case. If the return is appropriate, you will be sent, in that same email, the prepaid guide that you must place on the outside of the package and deliver to a branch of the corresponding commercial parcel service.

If an item is determined not to meet our quality standards, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. 

It is important that you consider that the products to be returned must meet the following characteristics:

1. Keep its original packaging, labels, stickers and wrappers.

2. Contain no signs of use or manipulation.

If the product participated in a 2x1, 2x1.5, 3x2, 4x2 or similar promotion, all parts involved in the promotion must be returned.

If you purchase more than 1 promotion, the valid pieces to be returned with the desired product will be those of lower value.

If you have an ALTAGAMMA subscription package and wish to cancel it, we recommend doing so days before your order is processed. Once it has been processed successfully, it will not be possible to return it, but you could cancel your subscription and your next scheduled orders. will be definitively suspended.
